These are some anime I like! :)
Heartcatch Precure: My absolute favorite anime. I adore the visual style and animation. It's well-written, and has intensely lovable characters, amazing action, and a great story. Ignited my love for magical girls as the fifth mahou shoujo I watched from start to finish.

Marie and Gali: Mostly for the character of Marika, who is a gothic lolita. Even if it weren't centered around her, I would still really like the visual style and the comedy that does not get repetitive over its forty episodes. This anime pleasingly does its own little weird thing.

Powerpuff Girls Z: The art style of this anime is so cute. Every time I see it, I want to go back and watch it again! This one is lots of fun and is a funny and chill show. Still some of the best magical girl transformations I've seen.

Cossette no Shouzou: A true gothic anime. I like the gothic imagery in this one, such as bats, blood, skulls, candles, and the themes of the supernatural and forbidden love. The soundtrack also adds to this to form it into an aesthetically pleasing experience.

Jigoku Shoujo: Have watched both season 1 and 2, with more to follow in the future, if someone doesn't curse me to hell first. I prefer season 2, Futakomori. Like most everything about this... apart from the premise itself, the way it's handled, with the mysterious, creepy, beautiful girl at its center, her comrades surrounding her, in their realm of eternal twilight. Very big fan of the music from the show.

Galaxy Angel: The silly!!! Every season of this is good but my favorite is the third, A/AA. Every character is very unique and different from each other, and none are the main, so it's fun how episodes mix and match the characters. The surreal comedy of Galaxy Angel always makes me laugh.

Princess Tutu: Primarily shines in its character writing and worldbuilding. I enjoy seeing the characters grow over time and question their own lives and goals. Its world is pretty well-realized and the vibe of the show is peaceful and nice.

Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt: Stocking being my favorite anime character helps! I like how sexual the anime is. The animation is very pleasing and it's generally very entertaining and funny.

Smile Precure: What a mahou shoujo should strive to be! Excels at making the viewer care about the characters and the bonds they share, amplifying its message of togetherness and emotional honesty as powerful weapons against evil. Intensely adorable show.

Star Twinkle Precure: This Precure season feels more like an adventure at times, when they're on trips in space! It was a fun ride for that reason, with not many boring episodes. I found this to be enjoyable and above average quality most of the way throughout.

Re:Cutie Honey: Fast-paced, fun as hell stylized action! What sets this apart for me is how sexualized Honey is, and how she clearly doesn't mind it. Lots of amazing boobs and it's gay too!

A.LI.CE: Exactly the type of super early CG animation I wanted to see when going in. Exemplifies Y2K science fiction, robotics, futurism, cyberspace, machinery, and 3D graphics.
